It’s Monday again, and while some folks see that as a groan-worthy reset button, I’m challenging you to see it as a green light.

This week, I dare you to do something you love.
Not something that checks a box. Not something for someone else’s approval.
But something that fills you up.
That project you’ve been putting off? Start it.
That hobby you keep saying you "don’t have time for"? Make time.
That dream? Dust it off and take one bold step toward it.

And while you're at it?

It could be an old habit.
A toxic mindset.
A draining relationship.
Even the voice in your own head that whispers “you’re not good enough.”

Whatever it is, you don’t have to carry it into this week.
You were not created to survive the week.
You were created to light it up.

💬 Words Matter

Speak life into yourself.
Encourage others even when you’re still healing.
Smile at a stranger. Compliment your coworker’s playlist.
Let the person behind you go first in line.

These small things?
They shift atmospheres.
