A: Most of our products are made to order, which means we print and ship your item fresh just for you!

A: We partner with trusted production partners who ship directly from fulfillment centers in the U.S. for faster delivery.

Q: How do I choose the right size for apparel?
A: Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart. We recommend double-checking your measurements to find your perfect fit!
Q: Are your products officially licensed?
A: Our designs are created with passion and respect for the culture we love. We work with original designs inspired by iconic retro and pop culture moments, but unless specifically stated, they are not officially licensed merchandise.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast, secure checkout.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We move fast! Once an order is placed, it’s sent into production almost immediately. If you need to make a change, please email us at support@thekingshoppe.com within 2 hours of ordering — we'll do our best to catch it in time.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Because each item is made-to-order just for you, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
A: Email us at support@thekingshoppe.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
